To deal with the increasing demand for customer-specified, special
application hoses, we have a separate design and production facility dedicated
to this market sector.
In conjunction with our material suppliers, rubber compounds and
reinforcements are selected and tested to adequately satisfy the end user's
requirements.
Hoses have been manufactured for a wide variety of demanding fluids,
materials and environments such as:-
- Hydrogen Cyanide
- High Pressure Oil Rig Supply
- High Temperature Food Products
- Aggressive Media (Salt, Cereal, Sugar Grains)
- 100% Aromatic Resistant
All special hoses are pressure and vacuum tested and certificates issued.
Where required a Lloyds Inspector can be in attendance.
